The Crumpled Note NPC, which should be located at the top of the Ant Tunnel I map, is not there. This makes a number of the new Balrog-related quests impossible.

Edit: Also, shouldn't Tristan's Soul be somewhere too? I haven't seen him throughout the entire Sleepywood Dungeon, all the way to Jr. Balrog and Balrog.

What's even funnier is, the NPC location for crumpled paper (defined in NpcLocation) is set to ant tunnel I, but it doesn't appear in the actual map data. Seems like nexon planned putting it there, but neglected to do so because of the lack of time.
