Goldrich Compass diseappearing

Dont know exactly if its bug or glitch(or me being stupid)

when having all 20 of the letters,but having no use slots and clicking the empty compass,you will have message "please make sure you have at least 1 use slot empty" the compass shall disappear......FOREVER D:

i tried relogging in and it doesnt reappear or no bubble to give me a new one.

I did a similar thing yesterday. I guess I didn't read carefully enough, and clicked when I had only one of each letter, and the compass disappeared.
However, Cassandra gave me a new one this morning.

Related issue: A lot of these event and medal quests don't show up in the quest user interface. So you can't check what you are supposed to do for them.
