My friend just came on JMS and said he made an 11 attack belt and his guild made made a 13 attack belt.

I made a 10 att and a 8 att. :3
Also a 9 magic attack and a 7 magic attack 1 slot.
Got a witch hat and fully scrolled it just for the hell of it and it came out 8 str 11 dex 4 int. o.O

I had a 100% belt luk so I used it then chaosd, and I did this 5 times and only one became decent. 4 luk 7 attack, and an ok 7 luk 4 attack.
