Thre probably increasing the chances of getting the PB pet, cause to me, it seems like the made it even rarer. Seen maybe one PB notice in a whole day.

I just thought of something. The new items added are being announced. I know it sounds dumb, but what if Nexon didn't intend for this? When adding the new items they didn't disable the red spam for it, so they're taking it out?
I'll laugh if this is what the server check is for.

They once modified the red notices, so I'd say it's safe to assume the notices are "working as intended".
Unless these "new items" aren't CS Surprise.

Not at you, but at Nexon. I completely agree with you that they need to fix that and this SC is a logical time to do so, but I highly doubt they'll even touch that issue. Whisper DC hack and Map crash were around for a while until a couple weeks ago when Whisp DC was fixed, and now, lo and behold, it's back. Nexon just can't keep up with hackers (I mean, Map crash has been around the whole time anyways so lulz).
