NEXON compensates iTCG item loss

Thank you very much for being patient while we investigated your issue. We realize that it has taken quite some time, and we apologize for that.

At this time, we have cleared any iTCG codes that you redeemed and did NOT receive items from. This means that all you need to do is redeem the codes again. Please be aware that if your previous redemption from an iTCG code was successful, you will not be able to redeem that code again.

In addition to clearing the iTCG codes so that you can redeem them again, we have also credited your account with 1000 MaplePoints per code that you did not receive an item for.

First, finally. This almost took 4 months.

Second, PHEW.

LUCKILY I never throw away my iTCG Boxes with all the cards inside, even if I only use them to redeem the codes (yeah, I'm from Italy and order them from America. Lulz).

So yeah, problem solved I guess. I'll finally get the Taru Totem I lost because of that glitch.. hopefully. Now, watch the system randomize the prize again and give me a different prize than before. I'd seriously rage if that happened, but that's probably it, since no code has a reward assigned to it, but it's totally random once you enter the code.

But yeah, knowing NEXON, I guess I shouldn't get my hopes up about it.

Better put in that totem code right away. At least now I can hope that there'll be more ancient pieces if people were smart enough to keep their codes, which I kinda doubt.

Wow, you guys got Maplepoints for free O_o. I would have just been satisfied with them just clearing the codes, lol.

Man.....I should've used the rest of the few hundred codes I have....D=

Good to know that Nexon finally got off their asses and started caring about the iTCG Code glitches.

I didn't get my MaplePoints yet...hmmmmm....

Actually the items are preassigned to the cards. i use to fill my use inv so i could redeem the cards that gave me the full inv erron on my main (gelt chocolate) I could redeem any card that was not a use item even with a full inv. And when i redeemed the error ones on my main they were ALL use items. I even went as far to have one of the mapleaid in my inv so that those would redeem but the gelts would not.

The Mapleade and Ginger Ales you get from iTCG do not stack with the ones from NLC potion seller. If the Mapleade in your inventory was from iTCG, you would redeem those prizes, but if the Mapleade in your inventory is from NPC, then you wouldn't redeem those prizes.

Okay, so, today I decided to finally redeem that code which I wasn't able to redeem because of that glitch, and received Taru Totem AGAIN. So that means that the code was assigned by the server to have a Taru Totem, like all the other codes.

I'm satisfied now. I got my Taru Totem back and 1,000 Maple Points, which aren't too bad.
