Do you believe NEXON actually gives refunds?
Yes. They DO give refunds, but ONLY in RARE situations, like this one.
Today I tried to charge Nexon Cash, and in the start everything went fine.
BUT, right when I clicked "Submit" in the last step to charge Nexon Cash, here comes an error page: http://www.nexon.net/errorpage.html
Sadly, I didn't get my Nexon Cash. Even MORE sadly, I actually lost my 10$. They were taken off my PayPal account, and I didn't get any Nexon Cash because of that website error. Onoz NEXUN scamed me!!11one
No. They're pretty fast with these charging problems, I must say. I just got refunded after a few hours (2-3).
Obviously I had to make a post in the forums to let NEXON know about this problem, but luckily -Hime- read it after some hours, and resolved the problem.

Here's the screenshot proof of the refund. I censored all the other e-mails for privacy reasons. Everything else is in italian, so you won't probably understand.

Amazed, I'd say. I really wouldn't have expected NEXON to be so fast in resolving this issue. When I saw that I did lose money without actually getting Nexon Cash because of that problem, I thought: OH NO! Now I'll have to wait MONTHS to have this issue resolved.. <_<
But.. looks like I wrongly thought.
