It's a blue item (and not +10 or higher). That alone is enough to let you know it's basically worthless. Plus, it's a low-level weapon. Gotta look for purple items or, especially, pink items (those are very valuable). Higher level things (or things with rare, sought after bonuses) with those color titles are what hold value.
