It's supposed to be "Hell hath no fury like a woman scorned"

Meaning: A woman rejected in love can be very angry and dangerous.

That's a surprisingly poor interpretation of it too, for an English site, since the "love" part is entirely contextual and dependent on the entire proverb not the portion most commonly used.

Out of context it's just saying hell has nothing on a pissed off woman.
Doesn't matter why she's pissed.

Actually, since that emo chick doesn't look like sophilia, and since sophilia doesn't really apply to the proverb (or vice versa)...i'm going to go with a story that is much much more interesting.
