Aran skill quests

so, arans start with only 2 skills at lvl 30 (triple swing and body pressure iirc). my question is - when are the quests to the other skills?

all of these quests... i wish nexon would put such thought into the storyline involving other classes. or MAKE one, because i don't think such storyline even exists.

Its like level 21 or 22 when you can go get the skill... Just check the guide.
