Some stuff you simply cannot copyright. Neither an orange ninja overall, a blue genie or even the blocks ludibrium consists of are directly copyright infringing, even if, imo, ludibrium is borderline. They can't call it the Naruto set, or rename Ludibrium to Legodrium, because then they would suddenly be in deep pomegranate. Even IF a case could be made, why would a company like Lego find it bad to get free marketing? Nexon is not the first nor last company that will flirt with other brands without any legal problems, so lets just drop that particular discussion.

That and it's not like these companies are losing money because it's simply implemented in a free game. It's no different than wall paper. Now if they were trying to sell it off as a gimmick yeah there would possibly be some problems.
