Bolded skills get an extra skill point in them (either from heavy weapon mastery or by default when advancing, I can't remember)

It gets an extra skill point when you advance, by the skill Heavy Firearm Technique that you get upon advancement.

Heavy Firearm Mastery (I think that's what you're talking about) just decreases mp usage for those huge gun skills.
All I'm concerned is wasting points on useless skills(thinking about maple Eek)

I'm also afraid to get skills from different branch >.< since it could screw up my build? Does SP reset at the 2nd advancement?(if even there's one)

And I just totally remapped my keys, it's now MUCH MUCH
 Spoiler
better than the old one. Anyone wanna share yours?

Mine is like..move the original " Z X C" to "A S D", 3 skills on top(Q W E), 3 skills on bottom(Z X C), 1-5 for buffs skills, insert/home/page up etc becomes pots.

Edit: @ MasPan: I just briefly read your post but I'm going out now, I'll read it when I get back.

Ah, that's right. Still extremely useful. Also, it's really hard to "screw up" your build - every skill has a conceivable use, it's a matter of how you work with what you have. Grenade is considered a key gunner PvP skill and I do just fine without it. Some skills you definitely want at least 1 point in though (Windmill is a MUST for getting out of tight spots against meleers). Aerial Fire you can take or leave, it's a personal preference for me. I enjoy floating. I also got backstep, which Fiel laughed at me for, but I get pretty good usage out of it faking out fighters/priests and then flamethrowering them.

By far, my favorite and most used skills (PvP) are Bomb and Flamethrower, but I do mainly team PvP, where they can dish out some serious group pain and I can actually use them effectively. I may not even touch the laser, simply because I don't much care for narrow/single target attacks.
Does anyone want to do Cast kings no-token run with me? Preferably a four-person team. Also looking for people to do master runs with for exp so I can get to behemoth Sad

Training alone sucks.

You'll be there by the time I can help. I work the next couple days.

Not unless I get a party because for as long as I'm alone, I'm not playing.

I did a couple of dungeons today but the exp curve is unbearable for grinding alone and I don't intend to do that anymore.

I'm up for it; finished the no-token today. The title kinda sucks but... yeah, it's a quest.
Fiel laughed at you for getting backstep? I consider backstep and cancel into backstep essential skills for PvE for a gunner. You can shoot shoot shoot backstep, shoot shoot shoot backstep. Canceling into backstep is extremely helpful against monsters that like to cast spells onto where you are, like the sky tower puppeteers.

Once I have more of my HC-only skills and use HCs exclusively, even in dungeons, I won't need it as much (jump + shoot to go flying), so I probably won't invest in backstep cancel, but backstep itself is glorious for screwing with melee'rs. Let them get just close enough to hit you, then backstep before they attack and unload on them.
I've got a level 15 purple Hand Cannon. Dreadnaught or something like that... my pic taking isn't working, so just PM Hemophilia in game and I'll show it to you.

Yes flamethrower is the win. But I liked grenade with it. Flamethrower itself can't keep standing mobs from advancing, what I do is grenade a mob, then flamethrower them, 100% safe, airel too.

I don't like rising shot at all, put it to 5 before advance, and never use it Sad

Didn't know leather mastery gave attack speed o.o but as it doesn't affect heavy weapon, I'ma go with heavy armor.

Thanks.

And that's a hot cannon, may I ask for it?

FelixTM Wrote:Gah... I really hate that fatigue point crap. ONE more dungeon and I could have leveled to 14 and completed another quest. BUT NO. Out of points.

HATE.

I enjoy the fighting and the quests, but this fatigue stuff is really bothering me.

Wanna run with my Mage tomorrow? She's 15 right now, might bring her up a bit tonight. I've got some Shadow Thunderland quests that I'm not too keen on since everything is Dark Resistant. Plus things are always more fun with a party! And you probably need help with some Time Attack Quests? Unless that's just me who fails at them.

On the website, they posted a guide to Berserkers. Looks like it's appropriate but of course, I don't know anything about Berserkers. I heard one guy say though
"You want to be good? Pick Asura or Blade Master. You want to be bad? Pick a Berserker" I think.

Anyways, the stupid guide recommends all these RARE, LEGACY, and UNIQUE weapons to use, and then goes as far as to recommend DRAGON SCALE SET. I'm amazed at how anyone can get full sets already.
 Hildegarde
Not only is it a complete set, it's one that matches her subclass. I'm marginally stronger because of my Mighty Light Armor Mastery, but she has a whole 1000 defense more than I do, plus all those other bonuses from the set. Major props for having something so beautiful though.

And USMC, stop double posting.
That Berzerker guide is actually a build that many people in DnF and Arado Senki use, and it's more of a PVM thing. So I give props to Nexon on it. But they left the number of points you have left over to put into other skills ambiguous.
