Elemental Staffs 5, 6, 7, and 8

Is there any way to obtain these staffs in-game on other versions through non-NX based means? I've seen a couple of SSs of Estaffs 1-4 dropping, so I figured the higher-end ones would drop somewhere also, just don't know if they actually do...

Only thing I remember giving those was miwok artifacts. People saw cwk drops em, but only seen wands from there.

Bumping this (if it's allowed), and possibly requesting a move to Q&A.

Still can't find any information on how these staves are obtained (in any version) outside of the above post. :[

The Staves are regular drops in MSEA, JMS, and I believe TMS.

The most common way of getting Staves 5-8 in JMS and MSEA is killing Tonosama (frog boss).

You can't get elemental staffs without a NX-based mean. The only way is supposedly CWKPQ, and to this day there is STILL no single screenshot of such occurrence.

Just as a bolt-on to this thread, I heard a rumour way back that the staffs came out of Ellinia gachapon in GMS at an abysmal rate. Could this be confirmed or disproven at all?
