It's fun. Big Grin
How do you know if a skill is physical or magical? Like M-137 gatling gun looks like physical(bullets), but it also looks like magical since you draw a machine gun out of no where. So how do you know??

And which gun type is best for skill spamming?(gatling, flame thrower, grenade)

It'll say in the skill description physical or magical. And as far as I know, gun types have no effect on the speed of skills, only the normal attack. So it follows that hand cannons would be best for physical skills (gatling, flamethrower) and autoguns(I think?) for magical skills (grenade).

Where do you see if it's magical or physical, I don't seem to find it o.O

And flame thrower being physical? Weird..

And does sub classes specifically use one type of weapon(like cannon for launcher, bowgun for ranger)?

No. All subclasses can use all weapon types.
Fiel Wrote:No. All subclasses can use all weapon types.

Really? What's this skill called "Boxing Gloves" that I see as a Striker then? It sez it enables the use of Boxing Gloves... (I've never seen one, let alone have one)
And the thing is that you can usually up passive skills that will boost the 'preferred' weapon of a subclass, e.g. Rangers get Pan Revolver and Revolver Loading, skills that greatly help the power and speed when using a revolver.
Just hit 26 and am completely discouraged to keep going because grinding sucks and I have no quests left.

Boxing Gloves are a Striker specific weapon, like Beam Sabers are for... whatever SuperMario is.

Key word from Fiel however is "all".

Today I saw a Beam Saber weapon, and it had the prerequisite description for the "License", so yeah, that'll answer my own question.

Did you even get SSS rank on the dungeons you're on? "Gotta be the very best, that no one ever was!"

Yes it's really easy to get an SSS rank on all of the high level dungeons. Especially if you have a single token and purposely die at the end. I do that for some quests.
Well all I'm doing right now is having fun stocking up on those Elven Drake Champanges. I can solo Master only using one MP pot, but King's is jsut too hard; I use like 2 hp pots for that.
ARRGGHHHHH my full King's run of the first Behemoth area got stopped by the super-fast cross-wielding dude that you need to kill 4 of for a quest. I had already used my life tokens earlier at the Castellan boss because of his lightning attack that does well over half my hp if I get caught in it. Aside from cross-dude, the rest of the level is really easy.

Stop cheating. Do it without life tokens. Why Nexon made it this way is a mystery to me -_-;

Was that dude named Alex?

By the way, have you seen Alex in Behemoth, who appears as a Champion Monster with enhanced Attack Speed and Launch Invulnerability? He has Super Armor and he attacks very fast (and with some unique abilities). As if that wasn’t enough, he is not affected by attacks that would otherwise launch enemies into the air!
I think I might just destroy Nexon for making DFO US and Canada only.

Sure, I decided to test this and downloaded it but it comes up with Data connection is too unstable! (obviously referring to my location)
I feel so close, but I am so far!!! MadHothead

I...was...gonna...be...a...mechanic...Frown

You gain ranks because your Hits resets to zero.

KajitiSouls Wrote:Was that dude named Alex?

No, it's called a Lotus Puppet. I would assume Alex is some other guy who'll bend you over and thrust later on.
Alex is annoying...o.o

I try to juggle him as much as I can before he casts Super Armor on himself in the middle of a mob...:o

You either have to attack him constantly or run. xD

I may just spam slide-kick on him to keep him from doing anything if/when I encounter him.
JoeTang Wrote:You gain ranks because your Hits resets to zero.

Well I frown upon that because
1.) You died.
2.) Why should the hit counter reset if you use a life token?
3.) Deliberately dying just so you can use a life token to raise your rank sounds more like a deliberate manipulation of the system, and it doesn't seem "in the spirit" of the game (even if Nexon says it is okay).
KajitiSouls Wrote:2.) Why should the hit counter reset if you use a life token?

Uh, because you were revived?

KajitiSouls Wrote:3.) Deliberately dying just so you can use a life token to raise your rank sounds more like a deliberate manipulation of the system, and it doesn't seem "in the spirit" of the game (even if Nexon says it is okay).

It's a sacrifice of a token rather than a manipulation of the system, because the system works that way. Rolleyes There's a reason you get a limited number of tokens each day, to limit that.

For some reason, though, I revived one time in the Puppet Museum and the hits weren't reset. That, or the insane amount of attacks the puppeteers threw brought that back up.
