Chance of making a 128 stat Gi:
1 in 418 septillion. (4.18 * 10^26)

If it takes you 1 second to use each chaos scroll, you'd take 929 quadrillion years.

If every person in America helped you, combined, it would take 3 billion years. That's more than half the lifespan of the planet Earth.

If every person in the world helped, it would take 130 million years. That's long enough for the continent of South America to split from Africa and float across the Atlantic.

Why have everyone help you scroll stuff? Why not have every COMPUTER help you? That would be loads faster!

On a mildly related subject, cryptographers talk about how long it would take to crack encryption schemes (serious ones, not Nexon's crap), and if it takes anywhere beyond 10 years worth of computing power, only half of the people would be satisfied. Because of this, the NoSuchAgency often steals secrets via other means than attacking encrypted shyts.

Oh, and if we took all the matter in the Universe and somehow made them into 100% efficient computers of unlimited computing power (as physics will allow), you still can't crack a 256-bit key within astronomical limits. That's a password of 32 characters long.

From only three advanced crystals of different types, Makering a 45+ stat (clean) top+bottom set is practically guaranteed. :3

I believe the best clean Osfa you can get is still pretty good, but you can't use 3 different crystals on them.

Option 1) i lurve dex
dex+dark+purple Osfa suit = 10 dex 7 str 10 luk
dex+dark+purple Osfa pants = 10 dex 7 str 8 luk
Option 2) i lurve str
str+dark+red Osfa suit = 10 str 7 dex 10 luk
str+dark+red Osfa pants = 10 str 7 dex 8 luk
Option 3) shadowers are papayagots
dex+dark+red Osfa suit = 12 dex 10 luk
dex+dark+red Osfa pants = 12 dex 8 luk

Either way it's a 52 stat clean top+bottom, or 42 for NLs. And the beauty of it is, Dark Crystals work the same on all stats - if you get +5, you get +5 on all 3 at once. I can't lay odds on it, but it's probably better than 1 in 50. Once you lay down some sick-ass 60% scrolls, you could have +30 dex for your reverse weapon, +20 str for same, and +30 luk for the awesome feeling it gives you.

I am 100% certain that chaos scrolls do not give +5 stats 10% of the time.

with 2 extra slots from a hammer, 1 or 2 chaos scrolls, and a bit of luck with the rest of the scrolls a 90 slot overall isnt that much more impossible then any other 9x10% scrolled weapon

Yeah they can succeed and still alter a stat by 0.

Anyway, for any of these threads the general answer is that you're far better off paying some sort of genius hacker, bribing the GMS, or even buying Nexon than you are trying to actually scroll one of these.

yea its just simple math but i think stereo meant that the odds of getting +5 are lower then getting +2 etc, so then you'd have to work with Normalcdf(x,x,x) i think, not sure

Yes, I realise that, and I believe that too, but all the calculations so far were done using a range of 10, I believe. Or at least the one whose work was shown.

Are Black crystals grouped in with DEX/LUK, etc? What would be the best way to take advantage of all three maker slots on an Osfa top/bottom?
