People have said Smiley Mask come from Henesys.

I got one from Showa.

I saw a smega saying Showa.

If you just want the mask for looks then it doesn't seem too hard to get from Showa. But if you want one for a more practical use then I would try another gach. Everyone seems to say Perion or Henesys but I’ve never seen definitive proof.
