Okay, because I can't seem to get a straight answers from anyone, I guess I just have to ask you guys.

Is Nexon still doing Server Transfers? If so, how often are they occurring?

Remember that Server Transfers were blocked for Hammer Abuse, I don't recall seeing a post claiming that people were allowed to transfer again. Plus there hasn't been a server check recently.
