If you're lucky, it gives 20 attack. Other times, it gives 10. (Either that or you only get the 20 attack the first time you use it.)

I got a few of these when I was hunting for nets. 20 attack for an hour isn't bad at all.

Only the times you get the 20 att buff though. I trained at wind raiders for 1 and half hour, found only 1 cassete, and got a 10 att buff. Fail Even is Fail.

I found 200 fishnets at HHG1 and 4 of these.

I think it's random, sometimes you get +10att/m.att +20 acc/avd +3 speed/jump for 20 minutes and sometimes 20 att/m.att, 100def/mdef, 50 acc/avd, 10 speed/jump for 1 hour.

the quest is available every time you loot the item, but once you complete it you have to wait like a minute to do it again, (incase you want to get the 20 atk buff)

i'm training at oblivion 4 and i find enough casettes to get the 20 atk buff constantly

I stock up to 20 cassette tapes so far. Should be useful when I switch from poison training to TT training.
