This completely slipped my mind. Are you able to make a cygnus knight using a level 20+ cygnus knight? Also, what if that cygnus is already connected to your main?

Well, I'm gonna say no. You do not get the option to create it when you reach 20 as a Cygnus. I doubt deleting the adventurer in a bond would make a difference.
