Music from your distant memories.
#1
The kind of songs your parents would listen to when you were 1, 2, or at best 3 years old that would get stuck in your head. You, over the course of 10~20 years, would come to wonder why the hell that tune sounds so familiar whist not recollecting any memory of ever listening to it.
That kind of music.

Mine includes (mostly because the period was early 90s):
  • Smokies
  • Abba
  • Boney 'M
  • The Beatles (the more popular songs)
  • The Carpenters
  • Richard Clayderman
  • ... I forgot for now. Stunned

So what's yours?

Basically any Oldie. My dad and I used to listen to the Oldies 104.3 in Chicago when I was young. Our favourite was... crap, I can't remember it now. Must google.

Although apparently when I was really little and I'd wake up in the middle of the night crying and wouldn't go back to sleep, he'd put me in my car seat in the back and drive around playing country music. o.o "After 10 min it would get very quiet, I'd look in the rearview mirror and you'd be sound asleep." Cool

AHAH! It was Doo Wa Diddy... Biggrin I used to love that song, man. Back when I was like 5. Excellent
EDIT: Now I have ^this^ song stuck in my head. Tongue
