Does anyone know what the range of attack is for a maxed Storm? Is it like a near area effect? The reason I'm asking is I'm positive this was a hacker (reported him anyway), but I saw a level 62 WA in the Garden of Colors standing by the bottom stairs and using Storm and he was hitting pretty much the whole map.
Then I questioned it because I know the Thief one has a pretty large bat range at max.

Probably hacking. I've seen em at Crow Forest sitting there doing the same thing too.

nothing can hit the whole map besides an arch mage's ultimate, or a bishop's ultimate (or an Aran's tempest, but we don't have that).
most likely hacking, but i don't see the point as its damage sucks o_O

^There are quite a few more skills that can hit the whole screen.
And storm break is the only mobbing skill a WA has in 2nd job.
