Tax on dropped mesos?

I gave someone in JMS a couple of 50k bags and when he went to loot the bags, he got a message saying, "A portion of the dropped mesos could not be picked up."

So, is there now a tax on dropped mesos? O_o

You can see he only picks up 41,530 mesos, even though I dropped 50k for him.

It's there in maplesea too. It's so that meso selling websites have to spend a little bit more to transfer and so that Nexon can make more money off store permits.

I think that tax is heavier than KMS'. I think I remember us getting ~47k per 50k bag.

Does it apply to 49,999 mesoes?

Yeah, MSEA has this as well. It's really stupid. They tax us on almost EVERYTHING.

Global will implement dropped meso tax before the year ends. Call it.

This is lame X_X now i wont even be able to drop transfer money to myself without losing a chunk of it.
