Eye Accessory glitch?

Theres a 60% Eye accessory for int that gives +1int, +1 m def.
The 100% eye accessory for int gives +1 int.
Shouldnt the 60% be giving +1 m attk?
Oh yeah, where can you get the 100%'s though?

He means since 100% Eye accessory scrolls give magic ATT, shouldn't 60% ones give magic ATT instead of Def?.

The GM Scrolls are badasssss that's why. All of them give stats better than a normal 60%, a few extra def for accessories/OA, and an extra stat for weapons.

The 100% is basically a 60% lol.
The 60% should be giving +1 int, +1 m attk, instead its +1 m def.
100% gives +1 int so its logical to get 100%'s
