Need help with the following quests..

i half finished a few quests before i quit and im trying to complete them all but i struggling with this one..

and the rememberer's quest i think they are intertwined some how...?

This is Bob Snale's quest. They're both the same quest, just different parts. Pick up another Bob Snale shell from the Drake's Meal Table, and you need a plain snail shell, which is conveniently dropped from Bob's babies. Then talk to the Rememberer and that part of the quest finishes. You go back to Jay and I think he makes you do one more quest before giving you some crap exp and nothing else good.
