It's more of a "If I want to join/complain about a hacker/leecher, buy a zhelm/MoN/HTP, etc." No more asking everyone in your bl/guild/ally "Anyone know a JR or leader in ___?"

I remember we had this on bellardia. Ask steven (Thunda) if he still has the old list on his computer. Outdatd but prolly has a lot of info.
