So I went to my dermatologist yesterday after managing to get a date and time finally finalized. I'm currently in remission in acne, but I wanted to get some stuff to make sure it never showed on my face again. So he looked at my face and ears and neck and BAM, he found exactly what I was afraid of. A subcutaneous cist in my right earlobe. I knew that lump was a cist but no one believed me. He said they're not really problems unless they're inflamed, soft, and cause you lots of pain. Which it is actually. Then he said they could become cancerous. CANCEROUS. So yeah, if the meds don't shrink it, I'll have to have it surgically cut out of my ear.
Until then, I'll be sleepless as I can't sleep on my right side because the pain is so bad. I'm a side sleeper. I can't sleep on my back or on one side continuously. So yeah, I got zero sleep last night and went to school. And I still have to go to school sleepless. With a cist that could become cancerous.
