Can a tagged item be retagged?

I recently bought a tagged puac, and i was wondering if it's possible to "retag" it with my character. I'd like to be 100% sure it's possible before buying a tag. Thanks for your help.

No, items cannot be retagged. Except with the godliest items, tagging tends to DECREASE the value of the item, so think hard before you do that with any of your gear.

Yeah, I've always hated tagged items and i wouldn't tag any of mine even if it was godly. It's just i finally found a 9/10 puac, but I didn't notice my guildie had tagged it until after i bought it .

I love tagged items. Makes maplers mad.
