or what would be the best scrolled equips for warriors?
Anyone starting a warrior nowadays should be able to stay dexless given the many many sources of accuracy presently available.
Those sources are also cheaper than before as well. Note that Temple of Time mobs in the later maps have fairly high avoid (I think 47 is the highest) you will need around 180 or so ACC to hit them 100% once you're at their level.
[Full disclosure, my hero is dexless with 143 base ACC, ie no buffs/pills]
I intended on making a dexless warrior guide but I'm too lazy so I'll list some of the sources of accuracy for you.
your accuracy is determined by
total DEX *.8 + total LUK +.5 + total ACC stats from passive sources and gear.
passive sources:
Having a KoC char adds 1-12 ACC (1 for every 10 levels)
mastery maxed adds 20 ACC
base 4 dex adds 4 x 0.8 = 3.2 ACC
base 4 luk adds 4 x 0.5 = 2 ACC
popular gear sources are too many to list. besides kaj has them covered in his pally guide here :

Op top of that, there is the maker skill which will let you add up to 3 crystals that can add ACC in some form to high level gear or 2 crystals on the lower end gear.
1 advanced garnet +5 ACC
1 advanced dex crystal +5 DEX (4 acc)
1 advanced luk crystal +5 luk (2 acc)
even with 2 crystal on the lower gear you could still add 9 ACC to each. If the item already has ACC on it and you use a stim to ensure above average stats you could end up with even more ACC.
Don't forget you can gamble with the dark/black crystals to get even better stats.
Then there are active sources of accuracy
Bless = 20 acc
pills = 10 acc
pills from the mu lung guy = 12 acc
amorian baskets = 40 acc
As you can see there is a plethora of choices to get ACC other than adding to your base DEX.
