So... i have 3 main characters and only 1 spot for Koc, my problem is I like playing all characters equally and the buff only effects one of my main characters. i was wondering if someday we will get an update where the buff goes to all your characters on your account... i heard kms and ems have that type of buff.

Yes, there is such a buff. Your highest level character that you're not using is the character used for the buff.
Character Foo is level 74
Character Bar is level 200
Character Foobar is level 100
Foo - gets level 20 blessing because the highest level character currently unused on the account is Bar.
Bar - Gets the buff from Foobar (level 10 blessing
Foobar - Gets the buff from Bar (level 20 blessing)
So it still makes sense to have two main characters to use on the account to get the best benefit from Blessing. I've read many times on these forums that this new method of determining blessing is a bastardization of the parent system - the method currently employed on GMS. I don't think so. If you already have only one high level character and want to start a new character, it still makes sense to create a KoC because they tend to level the fastest. The only issue, then, is the level 120 cap. Considering that very few people ever hit 120 anyway, it's best to assume that you'll never hit 120 and just go for the faster leveling speed than that of an adventurer.

The short version: what will get Nexon more money, players adding character slots to make a second Cygnus Knight or players adding character slots to benefit from the same high level of blessing?
Would you rather have one character with level 20 blessing or 11 characters?
For right now, the system is fine by me. Getting only a level 12 blessing is still incredibly nice for a main character, but a main character getting a level 20 blessing from another main character isn't really giving much to the Cygnus Knights other than a slightly faster leveling speed (due to extra AP and OP skills).
For future reference, the new system ignores the Cygnus Knight flag whenever calculating the level of blessing and, instead, gives the highest level blessing to all characters and the second highest to the highest level character.

Training areas, as far as I know, yes (except the cygnus introduction area, which isn't much anyway). By the time I could train on windraiders, they were patched to 800 exp, and CWK is the last major update I remember.
And since maybe level 9x it's been on the 1.25x exp update. As for the blessing, well... it borrowed my main character's SCG which is pretty much the equivalent of that =x I wouldn't have been able to afford a 12 atk glove at level 5x otherwise.
