[.75] CPQ2 Medal Quests

CPQ2 medal quests appear in available quest log even if you're past CPQ2 level.

It's unbelievably annoying, because if not for those I'd have a near empty quest log.

And while we're at it, get rid of the PQ Mania Medal quest too. We shouldn't be forced to suffer these impossible quests.

At least PQ mania isn't so bad since it disappears while you're working on any other medal quest.

They need to make impossible quests not visible. :\

All Nexon has to do is put a "Under Level 71" restriction and they're set.

Stupid Nexon is stupid. Sucks Nexon isn't working as intended.

Remember, when NEXON says that something is working as intended, then it's NOT working as intended.

And while we're at it, get rid of the PQ Mania Medal quest too. We shouldn't be forced to suffer these impossible quests.

It isn't impossible though. High levels just need to wait for more high level PQ's.
