A question about DW's and funding

I'm a level 35 Dawn Warrior with 61acc (using Sniper Pills mind you) and 19 base dex. I've got a 9atk wg and around 50m for funding. As of now I'm using a +10'd Blue Crusader Chainmail and a Clean Lionheart as a weapon. Mastery will be maxed next level. My questions are:

1. What's a good way to raise my accuracy without breaking my bank?

2.What's the basic training pattern for a DW?

3. What does it cost to go on a VIP Zrun in Broa nowadays? Yes, I'm to cheap to buy a karma'd one.

Any light you can shed one or more of these subjects would be appreciated.

100%s add avoid (yes i know, makes perfect sense dont it )

I did this as well with a lvl 70 shoe i made. passed only 3/5 60%s, running about 1 mil per scroll. This is a good way to go about it, but its best if done on a shoe made in maker with better base stats. Might also be good to pass a 30% before 60%ing the last 4 slots, and itll still only cost you about ~6 mil or less for 1 30% and 4 60%s.

And of course, lvl 50 getting a zhelm is always a good way to raise ACC. but it may cost a bit extra if you dont go on the run.

Maple weapons (35, 43, 64 for swords) and Zakum Helm are the most cost effective ways. Then comes a better scrolled overall, acc scrolled shoes (you can find decent red snowshoes for very cheap, especially compared to cost of scrolling them yourself), dex cape. After that you get into the expensive stuff - acc face, dex mouth, dex earrings, pendant, maybe buying a karma'd belt.

Dex earrings will likely become necessary if he wants to stay 19 dex but i don't see why he would need to buy a belt. I took me 2 days farming points to get my blue belt. o.o

I also agree with this. Blue Carzen Boots add 1 accuracy clean and 2-3 dex. Using the maker skill, you can get a cheap intermediate garnet and theres a easy amount of accuracy. You can find most 60% Shoe dex for 500-1m. I made 8 dex shoes with only 5m.
