Extended Game Server Maintenance

Really, it might have just been easier to group all HTP owners, give them clean average stat HTPs, and then give them all 1 egg, regardless of having no eggs or not already. Just gets the 52 stat ones gone, as well as making it so that no one has to go about HTing for a new one+ egg.
