Arwen's Glass Shoes drop from Nospeed

Yes, the real Arwen's Glass Shoes. It's not the fake one that drops from Ligators (those are for a quest we don't have). I've never seen a thread about this on SP or heard about it anywhere. Forgive me if it's common knowledge. I was very surprised to find it just now. I've done the CBD quests on several characters and never found one before.

I assure you this is real, and I'm 100% positive it dropped from Nospeed and not the flying dude. I take questing very seriously, and I wouldn't lie about this! You can tell from the screenshot that it completed Arwen's quest when I picked it up. I was like, "lolwat" when it dropped, and then, "Awesome!" when I picked it up. Haha

Just sharing in case this isn't known. It's kind of bizarre (why the hell do they drop it?) and kind of cool to have another monster to hunt for it, if desired.

I'd like to see it in the drop tables or on the ground... I believe you, but I am skeptical.

I would have screenshotted it on the ground, but reflexes caused me to pick it up right away. I'm sorry.

I was aware of the Flaming Feathers (found one), but what drops the Ancient Scrolls? I'm curious because I'm sure I'd prefer hunting them.
