If I were a girl, I'd never shave my legs.

I've had to shave my right leg twice so far (and will have to in another 4 days) in order to get work done on a tattoo. For several days afterward, I often wake up to the pain of the stubble rubbing against my other leg. It's awful.

I now feel bad for every female who does so on a regular basis. You are truly the heroes of gender.

I wanna try that on other places, honestly, but I don't think I shave my leg enough to warrant a waxy alternative. ;__;

I only shave my legs when they are exposed to the public (or my fiance.) Otherwise, who the hell cares if my legs are furry if nobody sees them? In the winter sometimes I go weeks without shaving.

It has nothing to do with the pain; I just don't know how much wax would cost. XD I normally shave, though I have been known to experiment with. . .other methods (this is my friend/tattooist's page devoted to his inkwork; CTRL + F "tweeze" and you'll find a picture of the first work he did on me. A CURIOUS NICKNAME, METHINKS).

I asked my mom (jokingly) to get me laser hair removal for my no-no zone this Christmas. I think she gave me a "no".

Actually, when I was in high school, there was this one guy that was challenged by a girl to a hot wax strip contest to see who could stand the pain, and did it in front of everybody. It was hilarious when the first strip came off, man he was swearing up and down and running around like a chicken with it's head cut off.

I think we're just too used to seeing supermodels and swimsuit models etc. that are shaven all over(even men models -_-) and come to way too high of standards when it comes to legs anyways.

Nonono. That's spiky later on. Just a slight trim works fine.

It's not that bad really. That could partially be due to the fact that our hair doesn't cover us as densely on our legs as opposed to a guy.
