C>35+ Gunslinger Guild(Will not be leader)

I am creating a guild for Gunslingers 30+, in which I will NOT be the leader, 'cuz i'm to low level and I deliberately wasted SP on HP and MP, so .Soo...plz respond! Oh, and the guild leader has to be higher lvl than me(of course) and has to know how to run a guild.

I'm a 172 Shadower; can I join your guild? My father always tells me that I was born to be a leader, and I'd like to make him proud by running a guild that discriminates based on level and class.
