The Yetinx is based on the Sphinx in Giza, Egypt. As far as I know (although this is just a random guess), the Sphinx was used as a tomb similar to a pyramid. Although, I don't know, it could just have been a statue.

I just hope the music for these maps is as good as the actual Nihal music. That's what I love the most about Ariant and Magaita.

Brightened some in Photoshop. Basic on the hieroglyphics and the left(our right) arm of the boss. I'd say it's safe to assume it's some type of a panda.

It looks like a yeti to me.
But it can't be. That would ruin NLC's Yetix.

To above: No, not really. Like a previous person said, KMS can easily follow GMS' storylines and somehow incorporate ideas from what we have (example: Yetinx). If anything, the people creating and working on NLC/Masteria could simply just add more content on/from it, content that's new and Masteria related.
But regardless, it does look like a Yeti. It's got the same fluffy fur poking out, and the same small, bulgy eyes--that narrow when angry. But who knows. It could be a giraffe in a gorilla suit for all we know.

I doubt it. I'd think Nexon Korea would want original content on their side. Besides, you guys would probably get it at the same time as well if that thing is the Yetinx.

I wonder if this will somehow be integrated with NLC and Masteria when it comes out in GMS. 2 pyramid areas seems redundant

Based on the pepe carvings, fur, and shape of the eyes I was thinking a yeti. It would be really interesting to see masterian storyline in this, guess we'll just have to wait and see. Hopefully it also has useful content and not just for low-leveled players. Either of the two would be fine I suppose, my expectations aren't very high.

Pepe carvings?
I think most of you are just seeing yeti because of the yetinx tbh. That being said, I've got no idea what it is but my bet is that it's going to be named Anubis or something like that.
