How illegal would this be?
#1
I've had this idea for a prank for a while, now, but I haven't really thought of it until recently.

What if I were to purchase one of these and leave it at the entrance of a high school? A friend had suggested putting it in a children's ball pit, but that seems too cruel.

How much time could one do if they got caught?

I think that would account for a vandalism charge...meaning a year in jail or a hell of a lot of community service.

thats pretty great, but i'd assume the legality could be a distinct issue as you said. i would check local law listings online (via proxy(s)). maybe you could find something that way?

I got a more subtle prank. Get a sac of praying mantis eggs that will hatch in about a week. Place it in an location virtually no one will find it. One week later, the school will be run over by little green ninjas.

Why would that be illegal. All you're doing is putting a skull inside of a building. lol. Not like you actually murdered the person, ripped their face off and then used that skull =)

I do like that ball pit idea though.

I'm pretty sure here in Canada at least, that would be illegal because you must treat such specimens respectfully. I know when we sign out like sets of bones and such to study at home, we MUST be careful about how we treat them. Maybe if it weren't a real skull...

The law is really more like a set of guidelines anyway.

A year in jail for vandalism? What the pineapple?

Ontopic... Do it.
  1. Put it in a sandbox or ballpit
  2. Get a friend to go camping without telling anyone a week before hand
  3. Report him as missing
  4. Let all hell break loose
  5. ????
  6. Profit.
