Since 99% of the info is available in game it doesn't seem worth stickying, but if you want to lobby for it, report the (first post in the) thread asking that it be stickied, or that it be moved to the guide section, or w/e.

yea the info is on game, but my maker only work for warrior items xD, before i see this thread i didnt even know that mages had lvl 110 shoes (blue elemental) besides another things i cant check all the time in game. i did the report hope it works ^^

I think your 'Etc' Maker list under 'All' is faulty - I did the crewneck shirts at 62 and you listed the requirement as 65. There's two under 110, but none for 45. Don't the quests start at 45? Maybe they're ahead by 5 levels?

If you read the maker walk-through you can make any item you're within 5 levels of, so yes, subtract five from items that don't have levels.

I've found a few of these. Weird though they are just called "Armor Stimulator" but in the description it tells you its for helms.
