Inconsistent reporting ability

Issue/Problem/Bug: Unable to report certain people.


Describe the problem. Be as specific as possible!: While you can report Smegaers, you cannot report ASmegaers. Also, some people don't show up on the report list anyways, such as IamTheRock (but I don't want to report him!)

I had trouble reporting hackers, too... if they teleported while I was filling out the report it would just fail. (ie. they teleport off my screen, still in the same map but not visible)

IMO you should be allowed to report anyone you can name, they shouldn't have to be visible and in your map.

Also, you can report poeple more than once. Once with the Alert GM button, and once with Right Click Report. I used em both on an annoying KSer
