Can't click chars in the corner

Issue/Problem/Bug: Can't click chars in the corner


Describe the problem. Be as specific as possible!:
Whenever the chars are in the corner, u usually cant double click them for info

Yeah, I know what you're talking about. It happens all the time when someone is standing to the left of the portal in the FM. No clicking works on them until they move to the right.

It happens on other maps?

You can click on them but the area is like paper thin. This only happened according to my knowledge after we got the new maps and FM. It happens in almost every map and is aggravating.

I had this issue too, but I'm able to click them perfectly fine when I lower my chatbox.

Happens on NPC's too. I tried rushing, but Lakelies (or whatevs) was on the corner of the screen... we missed LOL

You have to click the top of the person's head.

Apparently the place where your char box is located is a dead zone. You have to lower it to click on someone/npc, or click their head.

I always thought it was obvious that the chat box would cover what you wanna click, so it never gave me a problem. Is that what you guys are talking about? Can't click on somebody the chat box is covering?

You are wrong. He's at Iron Mutaes inside the Alcadno labs in Magatia.

I think the problem comes from the line on the top of the chatbox that allows you to adjust it...there's always been a dead zone right around it.

Don't have time to take a screenshot right now but it's that red box from the earlier screenshot. No matter where chat is, you can't click in that corner. The FM entrance is easiest spot to see it, if people are far left you have to click the very top of their heads.
