Im stuck on the quest called"Merens New Discovery"
How do i do it?

Accept it, then talk to Meren again, pay 10k 3 times, complete those 3 quests, come back to him and you can complete it.

I assume this is Maker lvl 1.

You talk to the three people he told you to talk to. You have to pay their class fee of 10k mesos each by talking to Meren again. These people are Hughes the Fuse (Orbis Tower B2), Carson (Zenumist), and Meren himself. After receiving their classes, you complete a quiz from Meren. If memory serves correctly, the answers have something to do with Understanding, Ductility Theory of Gravity, and Exchange (not in order).

This is a little bit off topic, but the next time you ask a quest question, have details ready. Asking us "how do I fix my lag problem" without any details is an example of how not to get help.
