Do NOT go above the Cygnus 120 map

You will crash maplestory and be unable to log in on that character. Making a ticket right now. Extremely pissed.

Is it because it's still logged in? Or it keeps giving you the same error when you relog and enter the map? A little more specific please because if its the "your account is still logged in" crap you can try to dc it.

Did I say I couldn't log into it? No. I said MAPLESTORY CRASHES. The character is NOT logged in. Maplestory crashes if you enter the map, and logging into the character stuck there will cause a crash as well.

Well, myself (CygnusBread) and a friend (L4dyMontague, the person you see talking to me via xfire in the ss) are both stuck. Logging in produces the above.

Probably this. I'm hoping for a speedy emergency SC to correct this, as all my good gear is on my DW. My cape, gloves, goggles, and speed shoes.

I went up there last night and didn't get stuck either BUT

Isaac was in Omega Sector the other day and had the exact same problem. He escaped somehow by using a ludibrium warp thing. It seems like maps are just randomly crashing for certain cygnus and trapping them.

I went into the second map when there were like... 20 lvl 120's. I d/ced, and it was also one of those d/c's where you know it's a glitch, but I was able to log in again. Try logging in a different channel? This reminds me of the sleepywood sauna thing.

I tried all channels. I don't even get to my character before crashing, I simply get a black screen then a hackshield error message as shown above. I can fraps it though.

You could try temporarily DCing your internet if time allows it, then use a scroll or something and get the hell out of there. That's how I got out of the hacked Sauna way back when.
