Clock on maple story

I'v seen these little yellow clocks on screen shots and was wondering where people get them T.T

and exactly how do you set up a clock on it o.o

Open Xfire in-game and you'll see a little yellow pencil in the bottom left of the menu. Click it and it'll show you all the things you can have appear on your screen during the game. One of which is this "clock" you speak of.
