[MSEA] Ring Scrolls? Ring of Alchemist/Speigmans?

A question from YUI520 of MSEA:

Using the Owl, he recently found some Ring Scrolls and two rings that he would like to obtain. Chances are they aren't released yet in MSEA, but now we're trying to find out which version they originated in (most likely KMS) and how the rings were obtained in that version (if they were obtainable at all and aren't just leftover data).

The alchemist's ring I believe is obtained from a eraser quest in magatia, and the speigelmann ring is the removed CPQ2 ring.

When CPQ2 first came out there was a ring that got removed.

Which is that 1 atk ring? Or the 3 atk ring in the KMST version? And if so, it was removed why?

So the "Ring of Alchemist" is basically obtained the same way the Seal Cushion/whatever other item it was, is--by having all the "real" erasers? Beh.

I want a Ring that can be obtained easily ENOUGH by people who aren't super rich or lucky with Gachapon or whom have hundreds of dollars to spend on crappy "Gachapon Boxes" in the hopes of getting certain materials. *coughlookingatyouMiwokpeoplezcough*

they replaced it with the spiegelmann pendant of chaos. don't know why but I guess they decided against releasing rings yet in KMS.

I'm glad they did, I hate it when they release content that I have no access to simply because I'm higher level.

It irks me to no end that there are monster cards I cannot obtain.

I believe we need an Eosian type effort to request methods for higher levels to obtain low level PQ items, including but not limited to Squishy Shoes, Broken Glasses, Altaire/Glittering Altaire Earrings, and the Lord Pirate hat, as well as the Monster Cards of the respective bosses (the anniversary event was nice, but is not helpful for people who could not be on in that time frame. This needs to be something permanent, but only for people who are already higher-leveled than the respective PQs at the time of implementation).

An NPC that lets you 'buy' those PQ equipments by Mesos (yes Mesos, not NX, you don't want to spend too much money on this game, it's a waste..). That way, it's fair for the people that has no access to NX. This would be quite a solution if they chose to implement it this way.

No, it needs to be a challenge of some sort. Maybe implement a high-level (4th job) PQ with point-rewards that can be used to purchase PQ equipment from lower-level PQs, Boss Cards, etc. Fun, fair, and still requires effort.

I think a better idea rather than just allowing you to buy them outright would be to have an alternate quest that allows you to achieve the same thing. Like if you wanted broken glasses, instead of having to make a pq mule to get a set, you could complete a quest that can only be done within a certain timeframe that requires untradeable etc's from ludi monsters or something.

Or say you wanted a monster card that you couldn't obtain, you'd jsut have to collect xxx amount of ETCs from monsters in that area, which could increase per card.

Yep, except only on wedding rings. Miwok rings do NOT have slots, and cannot be hammered.
