Nice Top/Bot Set V.S. Makered Pirate Overall

Hi, I have a 18 STR unhammered & a 20 DEX 1 hammer used common top and bottom set (respectively). I have heard from my friends that makered overalls can come out really godly. However, the three pirates I talked to aren't sure if I should keep my T/B set or make a makered overall. A few things to consider is that I might make another class that can use the T/B later & that its tradeable so I can share with my good friend. HOWEVER, my friend told me makered overalls can be very godly LIKE 50 stats!! I'm having trouble grasping the concept of maker too (I catch on so slowly to new things ).

Help please.

Average makered pirate overall + average 60% scrolling is probably 26~30 stats.

If you spend some money, you can probably get 40+ stats unhammered without much difficulty.

I would say keep and hammer em both. Main reason is cause they are already very good, so it wouldnt be that worth it to start over, as you would have to just off what you already have. I would then suggest either Makering some very nice shoes and gloves, or just gloves if you have some nice FS or something.

For me, an overall is best for the extra ACC it can give, while a Top/Bottom usually lacks the ACC i get from my overall.

For a Corsair the top/bottom can't be beat since there's no accuracy problems for Corsairs. A Brawler would prefer the Makered Pirate Overall.

White Marquini is 9 stats clean, 19 stats with Adv STR/DEX. You'll need about 20 stats from scrolling to beat that top/bottom. Easy enough.

Top/bottom isn't a very good choice for Pirates in general because the best top/bottoms we can use are 0 stat. The top/bottom you're using are already near perfect for common equips.

This, except after using maker, unless you're a stat whore or really rich, it's best to just go with medium dex/crystal

9 stat overall + 6 stats from crystals = 15 clean

Those tops/bottoms got at least 3~4+ 30% each so you can probably afford to land at least 3 30%s on your overall meaning 30 stats

30 stat overall and 7 slots left to go, 9 with hammer. Not too hard to reach 40+ mark through 60ing. If you use overall stim, you could get 1~2 stats more or if you decide to 30 a couple more times, you'll break 40+ much more easily.

Overall DEX scrolls are in very good supply, though :/ Even with MW you only need 2-3 more stats on a DEX overall to beat a STR one.

I think T/B is better for certain price brackets. I'd say it's easier to get your hands on a 30 stat T/B than a 30 stat overall. But because the 30%s only add 1 more stat than the 60%s, T/Bs usually can't break out of 30-something stats, while an overall can go to 4x with a little luck, and potentially 5x and even 6x for really godly stuff.

Overall is also better for the really poor who can't get more than 20-25 stats.

60/70 are the only practical thing to use in large amounts though. And IHU Kasool, I had nothing good to scroll my 120 overall with but 100%s because of the low supply in Bello.
