2. The number we have to kill is 100k or 1 Mil? Cause the NPC says 1 mil, but the quest says 100k o_o

It's 100k. I've been working on it on my Dawn Warrior. I'll get it on my DrK next. Conveniently, it also counts towards the quest specialist when completed.

So say.. you start killing one monster for a certain amount of kills, then you level and the monster is leveled below you.. Can you still get the medal?

Once the monster is below you, you move to a higher monster. Once a kill is recorded, it stays recorded regardless of current level. Unless you run out of time. Then you start all over.

From what i can tell it's continuous, but i can't be sure.

Last time i tried it would be fine for a few hours and then for no reason expire.

That was like 2 weeks ago though.

1 month. You could talk to the npc to cancel the quest and it'd STILL count towards your quest completion.

30 days. They fixed the early expiring glitch.
