Cygnus 3rd Job Adv?

Ok, I'm extremely lost on how to do this. I just gave NineHeart the black crystal and she gave me some piece of paper. I went into the multi-level training area on the far left of Erev, but all I see is an NPC clone of Oz that does NOTHING. What am I supposed to do?

Aren't you a dawn warrior....go find the clone of mihawk. O_O

Where is he? There's a little arrow on the side of Oz, but I can't do anything with it. If I press up, it doesn't do anything. x_x

If i got the process right there should be different rooms with different NPCs. o_o

Well, I've left and re-entered 10 times or more and all I find is Oz.

I wonder, is JMS as crowded as GMS after the cygnus release? Because it is hell here with all the ppl and lag <.<

um if u didnt get it yet, u go <<<< to where u did nub lvl 1-10 quests
and like Training feild II has him and u just double click and fight him.
