Family Issues?

Issue/Problem/Bug:
Um, I'm NOT entirely sure what's going on. Family Pedigree issues (possibly related to Cygnus?)

Describe the problem. Be as specific as possible!:
My family Pedigree page says I'm offline and that my Junior is over my level (when in fact s/he is 43 and I'm 55). Oh and I have a Cygnus connected to this char. Umm... :x

BUT!: EDIT: Um I just realized it's saying GreatEffort has surpassed StickIy, but still: why does it say I'm offline? xd

Yeah they show up in red if they pass their senior, nothing else matters. Doesn't really make sense that you can see the "Your Junior has surpassed your level" message, but that's the way it goes I guess. Also, your own character always shows up in black because if you're looking at it, you're obviously online.

Even though there's nothing wrong with that screenshot, there's another bug in the family pedigree though.

The level of any Ice/Lightning mage doesn't show up (or at least for arch mages, don't know if it's also like this for 2nd/3rd job Ice/Lightning).
