I think the highest is 2x (card) + 2x (family) + 1.3x (pendant). The event is nullified if the family 2x is on.

Well i know the pendant 1.3x + normal 2x card + family 2x + monster card 1.15x stack.

I was 5.98x-ing it up at sand rats for 30 mins yesterday.

HS does stack with the pendent. I was at WR and I was getting 490 EXP +49 EXP from Item Bonus + 49 Party EXP. I got HS and my EXP was increased to 739 EXP + 73 Item EXP + 73 Party EXP.

Not sure how it work with 2x EXP, but I figure its the same.
