In the four lists I reviewed the only ones I didn't see were the ones from areas KMS doesn't have, which is a duh, and all the ToT's you just posted are in there.

There weren't any other confirmed posts that had discrepancies I noted.

Too confuzzled to check who drops what because of training, but I can confirm Chief Oblivion and regular Oblivion Guardians drop White/Black/Brown Powders.

i didn't see regular oblivion guards drop any of those three... i got yellow and green from them o.0

i can confirm white and brown from the homunscullo (i think. It's the one that drops the etc piece "may mist").

Just got a blue and a yellow from Iron Mutaes.

The yellow was covered up so I couldn't get a SS on the ground but you can still see it on the little text in the lower right.

skelegons drop them more frequently, really. more kills at skeles than at Chief fires.
