It costs 10m.

1) Accept quest from Nineheart (or whatever his name is)
2) Go to Hatchery, get the egg.
3) Train for about 85-95% until the egg hatches
4) Go back, he'll tell you to go to Kenta
5) go to Kenta, pay 10m for the potion
6) Go back to Ereve, give it to the dude and he gives you your mount

Simple.

I think at level 50 and 0%, it's 100% to level the egg. I was 52 and it was roughly 80~90%.

And yes, it costs 10m -.-

It's only 10mil. Why WOULDN'T you get one? "I have a faster movement skill" isn't a good excuse.

it's fugly as hell, and that 10m could be put towards pots, scrolls, leeches, pretty much anything that wouldn;t be a complete waste of money.

It's not really good, at all I mean, 10m to move more slowly than I would otherwise, and not be able to use skills or pots on it, and look retarded? AND I HAVE TO BUY REVITALIZERS TOO? You would have to be stupid to take that deal, seriously. No upside. At all. Ever.
